Fusion Resort Phu Quoc - All Spa Inclusive

We loved our stay at Fusion resort. We stayed at two different 5 star resorts during our trip to Phu Quoc and Fusion was our favorite. My boyfriend said that if the other resort got to call itself a 5 star then Fusion should be a 6 star. The entire property feels like a spa. I loved my daily massages. Even though my boyfriend didn't visit the spa, he enjoyed the service as well because it gave him an opportunity to get a lot of work done and his girlfriend would return very happy and relaxed. Every interaction with the staff members was perfect. They were all so lovely, helpful and kind. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and food and drinks at the restaurant. The food and drinks at Fusion were more reasonably priced than the other 5 star hotel we stayed at on this trip, but still equally delicious. The villas were big and very comfortable. The outdoor seating was great. We barely left the villa.nThe only downside is something that the resort cannot control at all. Since the place is so peaceful and quiet, the presence of noisy guests is especially jarring. You are very much at the mercy of other guests at the restaurant, pool and neighboring villas.nOverall, it was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend Fusion resort.

It is the best choice to stay in Phu Quoc. Once in the resort, you don't want to go anywhere else. Amenities. Everyone is very professional, we felt warm welcomed. Stayed there for two days, definitely will go back. Clean beach, nice sea view. We love the Private pool and the couch swing. We stayed in the garden villa. Each villa has good privacy.

Beautiful place. 5 out of 5 stars. Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful beach with amazing sunset and crystal clear pool. Great food and high hygiene room. Everything was perfect and Fusion was trying their best to satisfy the customers, I really appreciate it. I love kayaking so much and hope to see Phu Quoc and Fusion soon. Highly recommend and worth every penny.

We had 3 nights stay and it was a very quiet and relaxing resort.nnFrom airport transfers, arrival at hotel, villa check-in, room and restaurant service are all superb.nnI would like to emphasize that Fusion staff are well trained in communication. From the time we booked, all our inquiries were answered timely and accurately. It is fascinating to experience that a high level of good communication skills from all operational departments of the resort are available. Good job to all your team members.nnThe only thing we would like to mention for improvement is the time duration of their massage services. All are 50 minutes. I have been living in Vietnam for 10 years now and I can speak confidently that most of the massage in 5 star hotels down to the level of street massage places are all 60 minutes or 90 minutes as another option. Well, we can only assume since the resort is offering an all inclusive spa they would like to maximize the number of massage service by deducting 10 minutes from each guest. We did not request a longer time since the menu says clearly 50mins and staff did not ask or offer if we prefer longer duration. So, we believed that this is their strategy to handle as much massage service requests. The downside is the masseuse tend to rush and before you can even fall asleep; the service is over. Something the Management can study if this concerned comes from a few number of guests or a significant number of comments. If they have established this idea already, I would expect that the Spa staff would offer at the very least if we like to have a longer massage service duration. Even for an additional fee, we can be agreeable because in the end our goal is to feel rejuvenated and more importantly satisfied.nnAnyway as a whole experience, myself and my partner were very happy with our stay and we will surely consider to come back in the future.

Best hotel I have ever been to! You have your own spacious house with luxury bedrooms, bathrooms, huge living room with amazing view to guess what? You own clean garden with a gorgeous swimming pool!nnOne of my favourite things was the built-in Japanese bath inside the house, and the amazing breakfasts I had there. There is so much more to write about the trip, all the pictures look exactly the same as in real life.nnThe only con is the location, the sea is not as great as on the other side of the island and it is not central. However, this will change over time and it still has an amazing beach and sea view with luxury swimming pools and restaurants just in front of it.
