Bought 160 Bien Hoa branches many times but increasingly disappointed with the design here. Much reduction in quality and design.nThe purchase regime and policy are quite bad, not thinking about the customer experience. Birthdays are inconsistent in response. If I ask, say in the birthday month, but when I buy, I must have a code sent to my phone to apply the 30% promotion. If the code has not been received, it will be sent through the next day, so it cannot be applied.nOn the birthday when the code is applied, to the next purchase, the store has a promotion, so it does not apply the birthday code. Having a 1-year birthday, giving birth to a customer promotion program that is not allowed to use?nIf the customer wants to use the birthday code, it is still ok to calculate the original price and not apply the sale at the store. But the store insisted on only agreeing that the 20% sale is currently going on.
