Quản lí rất thái độ, nhân viên thì dễ thương. Chuyện là quán này có phục vụ bánh bông lan trứng muối và các loại bánh matcha. Tôi order 1 bánh bông lan trứng muối nhưng khi phục vụ đem ra bánh vẫn còn lạnh, thường thì bông lan trứng muối sẽ được phục vụ nóng có hâm lại khi bảo quản lạnh hoặc ít nhất bánh phải ở nhiệt độ phòng. Ngoài ra sốt bơ trứng gà còn chưa được đánh kĩ, đường còn nguyên chưa tan trong sốt ăn cảm nhận được rõ, khi feedbacks lại thì Quản lí trả lời là quán phục vụ lạnh vì quán ko có lò vi sóng để hâm, nên quản lí giải quyết bằng cách sẽ hoàn tiền lại, mình cũng đồng ý. Nhưng cách trả lời của quản lí rất khó chịu, sau đó còn tặng mình hẳn 1 cái liếc rất rõ ràng.n1 quán mà quản lí thái độ còn tệ hơn nhân viên có nên quay lại không?
