Melia Ho Tram Beach Resort

This is my third time staying here - one of the best sleeps I’ve had in the entire country! The General Manager and his assistant looked after us personally after a slight issue with the beach restaurant - the care we received was top notch and very professional. The overall staff is some of the best in Vietnam - I always tip them a little because their attention is sincere and personal - something that not every resort delivers! We will be back it’s my favourite place to stay close to HCMC.

This is second time we have been to Melia. Great facilities and rooms are very clean. We stayed in the Level villa with pool the first time. I was amazing with the service and comfort. Although we found the food wasn’t great for the First time around but it was much better this time. I can say they improved a lot in the kitchen.nThe Deluxe rooms are also comfortable and very spacious.nThe service was very fast. Hotel staff was always checking on us if everything is okey.nI would love to go back there again.

Nice place, although some issues that need to be revised:nWhile installed for dinner they set up a DJ like speakers and turned on the music so loud that we had to leave.nAgain by the pool area the music is too loud and played all the time.nThe resort is nice but clearly lacks of green space as the surface is quasi completely built with a tower and multiple houses.nThe vibe over there felt more like a very nice condo than a relaxing hotel by the beach.nAlso a lot of construction going on even on the weekends, so a bit noisy.nAll in all it is a nice place, I was just expecting something more relaxed and relaxing I guess though.

Quality matches price easy. Resort very nice and best maintained, room is big, functioning and clean. Friendly staff (especially Thi), manager passed 3 times close to us and other guests, unfortunately it was not necessary for him to great. However if times allow we will be back

The place is obviously beautiful and peaceful. The staffs are so nice and thoughtful.nnIf you and your family like relaxation and enjoyment, you can choose this place as a destination. However, if you are a fan of excitement and night activities, I recommend Vung Tau.nnThe sights in these pictures are in villa area. Each villa has it own pool.
