Tight corridors due to limited acreage. Though, you can say that it’s a plus since it created a close-knit feeling between others participants here. A sound company can have the ability to reach out to a production organization is an astonishing case in point.

The location of Dreamplex is second to none. What an amazing find. Uniquely decorated and very quirky. Even though right in the city, this building was partly tucked away between bigger buildings so you wouldn't even know you were in one of the busiest parts of HCM city.

Culture at DP goes far beyond the benefits and perks and is truly about the people. One aspect of the culture that has been meaningful to me most recently is how much the company supports working parents and the flexibility needed to make your personal and professional life work.

At first, coming from a different company/culture, this was an adjustment. But, I can honestly say that I love being in charge of making my own day to day priorities while driving towards an overall set goal. It makes me feel empowered and I take pride and ownership over the work I'm doing each day by working here.
