There are many condominiums in Ho Chi Minh City, but is it more than 10 years old? It is a condominium. The facilities are old and there are few shops inside, but it is comfortable to live in. It is close to the market and convenient for shopping.

Good value for space and location after comparing other options for more than 150sqm 3beds. Some new buildings around the area are sold to many foreigners, but drawback is those new place rented out via AIRBNB, then tenants rent out random people. It seems those are professional hookers. But I didn’t see those here.

We booked a room through Airbnb from Hiệp Trieu. She is the best host. The Manor 2 is well located and has all the amenities that one would need for a short or long stay. Parking underground for you scooter/motorbike. Costs 4000vnd for the day and for 24 hours it cost us 5000vnd. Thanks Hiệp

Micro living at it's best. The pool was wonderful on a hot day. Find the local street market one street away and experience a bit of real Vietnam. Great cheap food and friendly people.
