The relic is the place where Phu Loi battalion was established in 1965 - the main unit of Binh Duong province. The monument was built nicely, regularly cleaned so it was very clean, the gate was always open to welcome visitors.

The formal ceremony took place at 19:00 on May 5, 1965, at the Garden of Trau, Long Hoa commune, Dau Tieng district, marking the birth of the armed forces of Binh Duong province. It was a ceremony to read the decision of the Province Chief of Binh Duong province, officially launched Phu Loi Battalion, the first armed armed battalion of Binh Duong, then the glorious victories of the battalion, captured top of the military and civilian history of Binh Duong province, making an important contribution to creating a historic victory in the spring of 1975 - completely liberating the South of the country.
