This is a really nice spot! We had a room with a view over the lake, the room is tidy and spacious. It has everything you need, including mosquito net and soft pillow, mattress, blanket, clean towels. Bathroom was clean. The owner is really nice. As in a lot of places in Vietnam, they don't speak a lot of English but they try with Google translate so that's awesome. They came knocking on our door a few times to bring us free food, great! Don't leave food hanging around because ants will come for it.

Unfriendly, dirty and noisy! Not sure how others rated this place well. Host speaks very little English so communication is hard. He knocked at 9.30pm on our door and asked unpolitly for our passports. Owners had a party going on until midnight, it was very loud. The room is big but very dirty. Sheets had stains and lots of dust in the corners. The bathroom had items from the previous guest and hair on the floor. We didn't shower here because it was so dirty. When we checked out at 8am, a sleep and seemingly annoyed lady came out. Did not say anything, no thank you. Just said bye! Even though we paid 250k instead of 350k it is not worth staying here.

Dirty Room with ants, hairs and a lot of dust. They wake us up at 9:30pm because they need our Passports. Then there was noise from the owner until 23:45, no slepp without earplugs. Payed 250.000 for one night and think this is even to much for this kind of Room. Check the Pictures!

Excellent place! We felt very confortable with everything, staff is very friendly and very good service!!
