Duy Quân Hotel

Really very disappointed! Before the check-in date, I sent an email to confirm the reservation. Check-in mode is 14 o'clock, from nearly 11 o'clock to nearly 12:30 today, I and the hotel side have confirmed the reservation. At 14:58, my family (large and small, 16 people) arrived, the hotel side announced that I could not keep my room because it was a holiday. I don't know about the professional ethics and business (this morning, my family changed the resort plan and the location was nearly 20km away from Duy Quan ks, but I didn't cancel the booking even though I didn't deposit a deposit) . And yet, if the hotel side still claims to be able to stay, then it's okay ??? Where are dealers' responsibilities to customers ???
