The presentation of the restaurant and three attention of the staff was great, English is not their first language but they did everything to understand exactly what we wanted to order. We had steaks with a few side dishes, all of it was excellent. I would recommend it to anyone that values a good steak meal and understands what they are looking for.

Ruined experience by unskilled staffnnFirstly, their meat cuts were of good quality which is expected for prizes starting on 300.000 VND for a cut. The flavour was also good. We ordered three steaks in total. The steaks were served alongside salad, garlic and crystal salt. Unfortunately, these are the only positives about this restaurant.nnProblem n. 1, Lousy Waiters.nnThey did not speak English however that is not the issue. The issue was not taking notes and then not remembering the orders. Even after repeating our order, they confused the side dishes. Then after reordering just 3 side dishes and repeating the order twice, they again confused it and brought us one more dish we did not order. When a waiter brought us one steak, we asked what cut it is, he did not even know, not even talking about temperature, he returned to the kitchen to ask... Also, they did not attend to us nor ever asked if we needed anything. Later, they were obviously avoiding us because of problem n. 2, the Cook.nnProblem n. 2, Unskilled Cook.nnWhen paying 320.000 VND to 500.000+ VND for a cut in Vietnam, you expect properly executed cook on your steak. However, that was not the case. Although ordering medium temperature on my tenderloin, my steak was barely rare, raw in the middle. My friend's cuts also did not meet the expectations. After complaining, thay re-cook it and it still did not meet our expectations, solely a failure of an unskilled cook.nnOverall, I do not recommend this steak house that lacks cooks who know how to prepare their steaks or such bad staff to anyone. Unfortunate, because the cuts were good... purely ruined by unskilled staff.
