Clean & comfy rooms, good quality bedding linens, functional bathroom, thoughtful furniture, good aircon, though mattress a little hard. But for the price they offer, nothing I could complain abt. Big plus for the well designed balcony and patio downstairs, great for bbq or chilling out. Owner is a super friendly lady. Will definitely come back to stay here again.

Very nice and cozy hotel direct in mid-town. Lovely service. Everything is clean and comfortable.

The quality of the room that I had (double) is more like 3 star quality, not 1. Very clean and new. Good air conditioning. Nice bed and bedding. The bathroom is more 2 star, but still good. The staff was very friendly. The biggest drawback is how thin the walls are, and they are exceptally thin. You hear everything from the room next door to the neighbors in the adjacent property. But it appeared that there are 3 different areas where guest rooms are so this information may not apply to the other rooms. Overall I was very happy.

The owner make it super easy for booking, even if you want to add extra some persons. A little cute patio in the front. Kitchen and washing machine are available, just need to ask. Room was clean with new bed cover, plus clean towels everyday. The only down side was the room is too small, even just for four.

The first day when I arrived they gave us a room with the air conditioning was not working but after I told them about that, they moved us to a bigger room with balcony. That made me and my boyfriend satisfied. The receptionist is friendly, we needed some laundry power then they let us took as much as I wanted. The price was valuable, not so high and it's near the beach, the market and the monuments. When you need to rent a motorcycle, you just need to talk to the receptionist, they will help you to get one. You should consider this place when you travel to Côn Đảo island.
