Six Senses Con Dao

Six Senses Con Dao's location is great, with its private beach that is not only beautiful but also safe for families with children.nnThe rooms/bungalows are spacious, warm in appearance, well designed and perfectly maintained and regularly cleaned. Among the best in my book.nnThe Vietnamese food is really delicious and delightful, prepared with organically grown vegetables by Six Senses and absolutely fresh and tasty seafood I have tasted in a very long time. Breakfast, too, is amazing, comprising both a Vietnamese and international selection.nnAll staff are great, friendly and super helpful. From the GM, to the GEM, restaurant, cleaning to the beach activities team, they are all truly a joy.nnLoved it from the beginning till the end, even though it was our third time and we are thinking of returning....

I am writing to share a very frustrated and dissatisfied booking situation we are dealing with the reservations team at the Six Sense Con Dao.nntrust most people have chosen Six Senses for their reputable services. as to this moment, I regret to say that our anticipation has turned into frustration and dissatisfaction.nnFrom the very beginning, I have asked to book an accommodation of my family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young children, 7 and 4 year old). I was provided the option of a deluxe pool villa which only has 1 bed. I have then requested to add a double bed for the children but was informed that only 1 sofa bed can be added. After the numerous exchanges of emails between your side and myself, I have called to ask to speak to your side directly but did not receive a call back at all. I have instead another email reply stating that only one sofa bed can be arranged or we would have to pay a double price to stay in a two bedroom villa which is not being suggested in the 1st email exchange nor advertised in your website.nnAgain, the most frustration is attributed to no valid reason was provided as to why a double bed or 2 sofa beds can be placed in the deluxe pool villa 180sqm villa. At the rate six sense are asking, I would have expected a certain degree of flexibility from their side or at least with a solid reason rather by just telling me at the end the only solution is to upgrade your room at double of the original rate.nnI am genuinely disappointed with the whole experience. This is certainly not the level of services I have come to expect from a world-renowned hospitality provider like yourself.

It's impossible to have a bad experience here. Fantastic resort with incredible and attentive staff. Amazing villas with private pools and incredible views. A pristine beach and exceptional food. Whether you love to just relax or want to dive, golf, or learn to surf this is a legendary resort.

I stayed is Six Senses in December and I want to say big Thank you for all stuff! Service, location, restaurant and hospitality are amazing. Wish you all the best!
