Palm Hoang Dung Hotel

This place is horrible. Never attempt to book this hotel.

This place sucks. They are loud in the mornings. Wifi cuts out every two minutes. We were here for a week and they didn't clean our room once. They are really loud really early in the morning. Ants. Bedsheets were old af. God forbid you look under the bed and see what's under them. And they are REALLY loud in the morning. Do I need to say more?

I book with superior city view room and already pay! but when I come they said they don't have that room and I should stay in superior room without refund! and the night someone smoking and the smoke come in to my room! the road in front of hotel is under construction. It's hard to walk! have no drinking water. I should pay for water!! this is hotel? but it's nearby with airport that is one of good things that they have. life in Vietnam is not good everybody want to cheat you every time!

oh...this place is very dirty,the facilities are bad,service is less than maximal,trash bin are very dirty and smelly,mattress and bed sheet eere dirty did not seem to be replaced. the location near from airport,but not recommend.

Horrible Hotel I never com back again.
