ud83cudfe8When we checked into our next hotel in Ibis Saigon South, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and service! They knew we were celebrating our 1st anniversary of marriage, and there was so much effort placed in the decorations!nnud83cudf77There was even a complimentary bottle of red wine (Michelle and I do not drink alcohol at all, so, guesses to what we did with it the very next day?)ud83dude05nnud83cudf3cDespite Ibis Saigon South having no swimming pool and basic facilities, it was comfortable and really cozy. We chose to experience the south side of HCMC because it’s known for being the 'higher-end' part of the city, where expatriates choose to stay, with shopping malls and Crescent Park, a literal crescent shaped park with shop lots surrounding the area. We had a nice walk there and it was different as compared to the noisy hustle and bustle of the main city.nnSuperb Experience! I would come again

I spent 2 weeks in quarantine from mid-January to the end of January. I personally was able to do a lot of work in these 2 weeks, to a great extend due to the quality of the service, internet and, despite its rather small size, the room as well. I thank the friendly and highly accommodating staff at the Ibis in Ho Chi Minh City for making my stay much more productive and enjoyable.

Stayed here during quarantine. The room is a bit small but the staff are very friendly and very helpful. The food is possibly the best quarantine food in HCMC.

Whilst writing my feedback this hotel is now functioning as a quarantine hotel for foreigners arriving in Vietnam.nRegardless what, it is very clear to me that all staff members are trying to do their best for all of there quarentine guest as much as possible.nToday I will leave the hotel after 2 weeks and I am grateful to each and every staff member of the hotel who contributed to help where ever they could to make my stay enjoyable. Very good overall experience for the mandatory 2 weeks of quarantine. Responsive and nice staff which is always ready to help you as quickly as possible.nVery good quality of food.
