The staff at Melissa Hotel is phenomenal! It is a brand new hotel in Ninh Binh, opened only 8 months ago. The rooms are the most clean I have seen, spacious, and everything is fresh and new. It was safe, quiet, and the staff truly goes above and beyond for their visitors. The team also gave great recommendations for the area and were so friendly and kind to me the entirety of my stay. I had an emergency that forced me to leave early and the staff was more than understanding and actually helped me through it. If you are considering staying in Ninh Binh, you must stay at this hotel. You will not be disappointed!
