Facilities were great quiet clean the reason I gave it to her stars is because the so called owner a lady who greeted us and was there as the mean office worker was very Kurt and unhelpful also demanded passports for renting a scooter and wouldn't take any other form of ID or money. Won't be back or recommend it only because of her.

Tony is great he speaks good English he gave us free bikes to go to the city centre and the dorm rooms are very clean and the beds are big and the price is great compared to the value you get definitely recommend it
