Trang An Luxury Hotel

I tried to book 3 nights at this hotel by Airbnb I was travelling with my parents all around Vietnam I send them 3 messages to try to have confirmation of the booking they never answer I had to book urgently another room in another hotel because we were heading to ninh Binh and arrived closely so we really need a place to sleep when we get there ! I never received any apologize for thisnThey definitely don’t respect people shame on them

We stayed in the mixed dorm this was clean and spacious. Good value for money. The receptionist Bob was more than helpful and always willing to help with any issues we had

Stayed in their forms, room was nice but one of the beds had ants on it. Also was incredibly noisy in the morning because the breakfast area is just outside the room

This place is good, but it is quite far from the city's center

Pre tet and so not good service
