We enjoyed the stay very much. It is even possible to check in in middle of night. We would like to have stayed longer. Breakfast is great. The rooms are well maintained and well equipped. The bathroom does not smell musty. We will be back. Thanks for the nice time.

Great location! Lovely local owners who are are to give you loads of information about the area and activities in English - They’ve great English! My check in got pushed forward and they were very accommodation - Thank you again! Very clean! Really enjoyed me stay here and would recommend!

This homestay has an awesome location, the garden is beautiful and green. We spent one night there and enjoyed our time with day trips. Breakfast is freshly prepared and there are enough options to choose from. The staff is extremely friendly The bed is comfortable. Very beautiful evening scenery with electric light and swing...

They only want you to have a great time. We felt safe and very informed on the surrounding area. Ninh Binh is more than what you expect and so is this place. We will come back :)
