The owner is quite cute and flexible waiting for me to close my schedule before transferring the bank. The house is also quite easy to find, you can ask the landlord for the phone number of a familiar taxi. From Lam Phuong Cac, going up about 50m, there is an alley on the left, there is only 1 house in that alley.nCheck-in time is around 8am because she has to wait for her to clean her room.nWhen you arrive, if the gate is locked on the gate you will see the phone number to open the gate.nThe house is quite beautiful, but according to me the interior is starting to deteriorate, if the owner should fix it, the floor is a bit old cement floor so it feels dirty. Rooms should have extra curtains in the windows to avoid inconvenience and create privacy for guests.nThis homestay has closing hours, around 11pm. I came back late and called the manager to open the door, so he was a little annoyed. I think for the convenience of the homestay, there should be a number lock and let the person stay number to open the door.nThere are also rental cars at the homestay. 140k / scooter; 110k / car. However, the scooter is too old, if possible, we should maintain it a little.
