This is really brand new hotel. It seems it's just built up.nVery clean and nice view from room. From my room we can see the coffee museum of Trung Nguyen.nFor my case only, I have some comments for hotels to improve further:n1. I'm very appreciated the responses from Service team during booking time through Booking.com. They tried to arrange room for me with some special requests.n2. The receptionist seemed new so made some mistakes:nA. Wrong calculation on total room expensenB. Wrong trigger to clean up room during my stay for 2 days. They did not clean up but after called, one service guy came to clean after few minutes.nAt the end, this hotel is very nice to stay as my opinions.

The hotel in the covid season is very deserted, the price is expensive, the room is nothing special, the Tet holiday has an additional fee of 300k, it's not worth it.

Nice new hotel clean room, enthusiastic staff even late evening. Breakfast to order. The place should visit 1 time when coming to BMT
