Had a really bad experience with this company. I would not recommend to any tourists. We got transferred from buses two times on our way to Hanoï and when arrived in the city, they dropped us off in the middle of nowhere. The spot where they dropped us was nowhere close to where we were staying. They took our bags and put them outside so we had no choice but to leave the bus. Also, we were harassed by all the taxis when we got out of the bus. It was all arranged with the taxis and the bus company so they can just suck out more money of western people as they call us. Not happy. Would definitely not recommend. Just pay a cheaper company and you will have the same service.

The staff is not professional

lần trước delay không gọi điện cho khách. Lần này vẫn tiếp tục như thế, dịch vụ rata kém chuyên nghiệp. Mình đã gọi điện lên tổng đài và được phản hồi lái xe sẽ gọi điện báo lại nhưng đợi 20p sau vẫn không thấy gọi điện báo 1 câu. Dịch vụ dưới cả 1*

Nhà xe chu đáo, nhiệt tình.
