Since I have being living Hanoi Quang An area, I come hair cut here usually. Owner is Vietnam lady who got married with foreigner. She can speak English and easy to communicate. Price for Men's hair cut without shampoo is 50k. If you would like As it is hair salon, shaving is not available. Small shop has lady's customer, you ask her availability. According to her, this shop moves to Xuân Diệu in the future.nnAfter setting up a house around here, I've been doing haircuts here. My wife, who is married to a Westerner, can speak English, so conversation is easy. 50k for haircut only, 30k for adding hair wash. Basically, since it is a hair salon, there is no shaving. There are quite a few local female customers in the small shop, so make a reservation or go to the shop and ask for the time. It seems that there are plans to move to Xuân Diệu in the near future.
