Sadly, the service is not great. Do not even try the cocktails on the top floor. Food is variable, sometimes great, sometimes dreadful. Has potential but definitely not 4 star.

So so 6/10. Quiet rooms. Simple breakfast. Good swimming pool. Deserve 2-3 star rate insteaf of 4 (:nGood for 1 night stay only.

Restaurant at top floor has a good view of the city. We can enjoy the atmosphere during our lunch. We will come back again to see night view.

Worst hotel ever. The room was not clean at all, especially dirts on the floor seemed to be never cleaned. It smelled weird too. There was almost nobody except us in the hotel, so it felt like a deserted building. I couldn't believe that this hotel was built in 2013, it's rather like 1983. Staff was unkind. I can't believe that this hotel's grade is so high. I'm sure that nobody would satisfied with this hotel
