I recently travelled from Sydney, Australia for some dental work on a friend’s recommendation. I was initially hesitant about getting dental work done overseas but after arriving at Van Hanh Dental Clinic and meeting Dr Knoc I felt so comfortable in her teams care. Dr Knoc’s English is very good and she will ask you what you are concerned about before suggesting multiple treatments based on what you can afford.nnI had 22 crowns and one bridge completed. The process was very quick being completed in the 5 days I was in Ho Chi Minh City. The dentists in her team that worked on me were very kind, patient, had good English and were happy to make changes to the design of my crowns so that I was happy with the look of my new smile.nnI found the price very affordable compared to Australia. One crown in Australia costs a minimum of $1200 AUD, at Van Hanh it is approximately $370 AUD. The dentist qualifications, equipment, anaesthetic and crowns are exactly the same as your local dentist.nnI would highly recommend Van Hanh Dental Clinic (Nha Khao Van Han in Vietnamese) for all your dental needs while staying in Ho Chi Minh City.

Made an appointment, and went there today. They looked after me right away, the dentist and the hygienist were very professional and spoke English fluently.nnI had a consult, xray, and deep cleaning. Managed to see me within 1 hour. Had exray, consultation with dentist and then tooth extration all within 38 minutes of arrival. The female dentist did struggle getting the tooth out. IT took 4 days for the extraction area to stop hurting and she did slightly damage the inside of the mouth. .Cost £30.67p or 900000 Dong (U.K. price at least £80 PLUS. Very prompt service but a bit more expertise would of been welcome.

Decent dental clinic in district 3, Don't expect people to speak English.

At around 10:00 am on September 5, 2020, I had a filling at Dien Bien Phu branch, was examined and advised to fill 3 teeth by the chief doctor for 350,000 including grooves and outer edges until the doctor performed. when filling in the grooves, after filling in the grooves, the price of adding a deep rim is added to the filling, each rim costs 300,000 more unlike the doctor's examination because it is only calculated on the cavity but not on the teeth.
