Westcoast International Dental Clinic (Norfolk Mansion)

I am nomadic and after 5 years of research on dentists around the globe, I narrowed down to 3 places in Vietnam. I had been wanting to do some significant cosmetic work to update my teeth given a car accident over 25 years ago. In the US, I could not get a sense for quality relative to price. It seemed you could pay a lot or a little and it would be unclear what the quality was. I tried one other Saigon Dentist that had high ratings and it was no good. I immediately called West Coast Dental. I should have just went with them first for all my dental procedures. They were amazing and my work was extensive. The attention, care, and consideration I received was outstanding. I have already suggested a friend to go there. While she pretends this was her first major dental experience, I have known her for over 20 years and I know what her original teeth looked like. I know WCD had a lot of work cut out for them. She was Thrilled and she is VERY picky! She actually came back and was like I cannot believe how amazingly attentive the service was. They are not going to be the cheapest and if you care a lot about getting the cheapest price I don't know that this is your spot. In fairness, they do a cleaning for around $40 and from a lot of the ex-pats I understand that is SUPER expensive. But for a US person, this is a great price for the service you get. I have certain problems and that was a fantastic cleaning IMO. But if you need extensive work, you want the best equipment and you don't want any mess ups, I would just choose this spot and call it a day. The standards and cleanliness are good enough where I feel comfy recommending to my posh NYC friends. And they do not short cut service, although the time zone difference might be awkward for those that communicating via texting. They are best BTW on Whatsapp vs. other methods. Oh.. and all of their staff (Dr. Nurses & Front Desk) speak decent English, but esp their Dr's have great English.

My dentist was Dr Bui Lê Tram Anh. I had 8 venners done 4 upper front and 4 bottom front teeth. Dr Anh did a great job. Very professional and curtious. I had 2 main appointments of 3hrs and then 5hrs to fit the veneers and follow up 3 days later.nReally happy with my smile ☺nDefinitely recommend Westcoast Dental and Dr Anh.
