Thanh Phat Hotel

Had to wander around the hotel to find staff when we arrived. The room was not very clean (silverfish on the linens). Wifi was broken. Hot water didn't work. The hotel restaurant was outrageously expensive. Great views of the beach from some of the rooms, but not from most. To its credit, the hotel was very cheap (D250 for a room with two beds).

Cleaner than most Viet hotels, big and spacious with hot water and aircon. Friendly staff but it feels like only three people work here. Great beach (sunrise!) view, too.
