Left feeling so disappointed after two nights here.nnOur check-in was slow , awkward and they charged the wrong amount of money, despite showing them our online reservation with the price. The difference was later corrected and took a long time to sort out.The staff were unfriendly and service was very slow throughout our stay.nnWe were made to park our bikes underground and we had to call a member of staff everytime we needed access to get them. It seems they only allow cars to be parked at the entrance and even then, it is limited.nnOur room was very basic & smaller than the pictures on the online site we had booked with, but they said it was because each room is unque and doesn't look the same. There was nothing special offered aside from a bath robe. It felt quite cheap.nnOptions were limited and over-priced in the bar, and one of the mocktails tasted like toothpaste.nnThe pool looked beautiful but was cold and had not been cleaned in a long time. The bottom had a layer of algae near the far right and there was algae floating at the top of the pool. The towels they gave us were also damp.nnAt check out they charged us for the teabags we used ! We were shocked. It was not on the price list and it was assumed they were free amenities as they were next to the kettle and mugs. They also forgot to return our identity cards but luckily we remembered and asked them for it. The onus is on them to return valuables like this while they inspect the rooms upon check out.nnI would like to mention that this was not due to a language barrier as I was traveling with a Vietnamese couple. We had expressed our dissatisfaction but and they only said sorry.nnThere are much better places near the town center that have beautiful views. The price should be justified with their facilities but their facilities did not live up to the expectations.nnHonestly we felt like a burden as guests.
