Beautiful little home stay, awesome hosts, nice rooms, breakfast provided was great as well! Can rent motorbike from the host. Highly suggest paying for the homemade dinner, so much food! The landscaping there is awesome as well and they were even updating it more when we were leaving!

The area is very nice and being surrounded by nature is really calming and serene but the service was horrible!nI think people who stayed for 3 or 4 days wouldn't realize but we stayed for almost two weeks there and our room was cleaned only twice if you can call it cleaning of course cause the cleaning lady wouldn't use any products and the sink in the washroom got a yellow color at some points and the toilets would stink so much that we were bothered at nights, also they didn't change our bed sheets for the whole stay!!! We also decided to have dinner inside once and agreed to have it at 8 pm and the lady came to our door step at 6 pm to call us for dinner while we were having a nap which was really annoying!nIf you are going to stay there try to book the villas next to the entrance because the ones at the back towards the end of the garden was very noisy in the morning and afternoon due to noisy neighbors who would smoke at 6 am and you would smell in the room!nnMrs. Dinh herself was a nice lady but she wasn't present in the residence and major problem was that the couple who were there wouldn't speak a single word in English.nnAnyways, with that being said if you are still considering to go there I suggest you shouldn't stay more than 4 days.nnGood luck!

Very quiet and peaceful place. Great staff. They even let us check-in at 5:30 in the morning! Very good dinner. Cheap Motorbikes for rent. Definitely recommend this place!

Best experience of accommodation and nature in Ninh Binh. Cost effective and well maintained rooms. Amazing home cooked food and local cuisine. Best of all is the hospitality of the people who run this place. I can come back here many more times when I am in Vietnam.
