Seemed quite new. Clean and modern bedrooms with free WiFi. Owners don't speak any English but it was easy to get a double bed for 300k. There isn't a lot of food around but they did help us get some fried rice. It was just what we needed on our motorbikes trip.

For what it is (Motel) and for the price (250k Dong, I.e. 10 Euros) it is good and convenient for people who travel the HCM-Highway (room has AC). One star less because there were ants on the wall.
