Ninh Binh Homestay and Travel

Good location in Ninh Binh. Lots of travel info. I did a last minute tour (3.5 hours) with motorbike and driver for 290k. Entrance fees not included.nnThe main guy/owner is in a wheelchair and speaks pretty good English. He was extremely helpful but not exactly friendly. A woman (his wife?) cooks and cleans and never smiled. I felt like a burden and that she resented helping her husband (?). They also arrange and have info on bus tickets, train tickets, etc. I would have stayed longer if I had felt it to be warm and friendly.nnI had the quad room for just one night, booked last minute for 160k. There didn't seem to be hot water, but I didn't ask for help. There was an old AC until which wasn't freezing but the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and there were a range of choices. They have WiFi.nnAcross the street from Soul Food which serves HUGE meals for 30-80. Lots of other restaurants on the same block as well.

A very simple homestay that is very politely staffed, very clean, and with great breakfast choices. Highly recommended if traveling on a budget. Just bring your own soap. Other than that, I would return.

Its basically very good for the price, particularly for a single traveller.nIts also very basic, f.instance there is no fridge. But there is aircon, bathroom with hot water and a balcony. They also clean evry couple of days, probably evry if you ask.

Clean room, basic stay. Owner speaks English. Breakfast was very tasty. Good advise on activities in ninh binh region.
