Elisa Hotel & Restaurant

This place is so nicely decorated. Their rooms are very cute. The young gentleman is kind and helpful, tries his best at communicating and its extremely welcoming. Clothes washed here at a good price. Scooter rental is good.nFood was freshly made and tasted very good, but soup left a bit desired as compared to a more local street vendor.nInternet is fast, water is hot, and Netflix is on...so thanks to who ever is still signed in to it.nI'd advise to pay for food or keep track better. Double paid 100-200k for a meal we paid for before checking out. No biggie, good place.

The hotel was immaculate!!nVery clean and comfy rooms fit for a king. The staff were very accommodating of our late arrival and even upgraded the room for us. This hotel has only opened within the last month and is a bargain for the rooms available. 10/10

We ate at Elisa, because we arrived quite late and everything else was closed.. But then the food ended up being amazing, very affordable and the service super sweet.nnSo we came back another day for dinner, and were welcomed with open arms by the entire family. We got talking, and ended up spending the whole evening drinking tea, chatting, and laughing so so hard with 3/4 generations of the sweetest Vietnamese people you'll ever meet. Funnily enough they speak as much English as we speak Vietnamese, but google translate gave us the opportunity to gain some amazing insights in their culture and society. I don't think I've ever laughed this hard, and had such amazing conversations with people that we could not actually speak to or with. (And again we had great food - the best homemade soy sauce, snacks and tea!)nnNext time when we are in the area, we are most definitely visiting them again!nnThank you so much for everything, you are one amazing family, hope to meet you again soon!

This place is simply amazing, not just because of the food but also because of the owner's hospitality. This is being run by a family and they live in this house+hotel setup. I felt that the food was safe, delicious and close to their home-cooked style. Just try having a conversation and they will be more than happy to host you. The hotel (their house) looks very good and rates on their menu are pretty standard. It is just opposite to the Ninh Binh railway station. Simply a must try experience!!

...very nice, clean and amazing decoration. The people work here are so nice and kind. Really happy to introduce to my friends to stay here if they come to this city...
