I've had a stunning experience here with beautiful landscape and wonderful practice of yoga. You cannot imagine how peaceful and calm this environment of Ashtanga Yoga Hoian can bring you until you come to it. I love the Teacher here, she is a kind of person everyone wants to get close to. A gentle, loving and caring person to every student of her. I truly recommend you come there to experience what I did.

I love the sun shining in the early morning when we taking a deep breath. I love the sound of the bird, wind, chicken. It’s quite peaceful and relax. Perfect place to star a new day with Yoga with ms.Trang. She is very good teacher and her voice make me feel warm.

Trang is an excellent yoga teacher. She teaches led Ashtanga, Mysore, (the full primary series) Hatha, and Sivananda yoga. Her voice is lovely and calm. She is extremely knowledgable and experienced.nnShe has a very strong personal practice and gives wonderful verbal alignment cues and adjustments into more complex asanas.nnThe location itself is absolutely stunning, set in an ancient building surrounded by greenery. The classes are small so she is able to give each student more attention during the class. Highly recommend.

My favourite place to practice authentic Ashtanga in Hoi An. Trang is an experienced ashtanga teacher and teaches both led primary and half primarily series classes as well as regular Mysore style. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and supportive and helps everyone to feel welcome and at ease, whatever your level. The location is beautiful, very peaceful by the rice fields. Classes are mixed Westerners and Vietnamese, Trang is fluent in both languages. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended!
