Good gym with a wide range of solid machines. Further, they got a squat rack and a deadlift platform. You're able to choose between different membership options such as day pass and weekly or monthly memberships. The only downside is that they don't have standard 20kg barbells, since most of their barbells are really thin and feel more like 10 or 15kg barbells. But other than that it's an excellent gym, which I'd highly recommend.

This gym is good equipped with a power rack, bench press, deadlifting platform (only conventional possible), dumbbells and several machines.nHowever, the main reason why I give only 4 out of 5 is about the barbells. It seems like they produced the barbells on their own. The barbells nearly don't have strong knurling and no bushings. Furthermore, there is only one barbell, which seems to weight 20kg and has a length of 220cm.

Fantastic gym for Tourists. There are all equipments that you need. The place is lighlty crowded so you don't have to wait for any machines to become available. The daily or weekly pass system is fantastic. I would definitely recommend this to anyone on a Holiday and looking for a place to workout.

One of the better gyms I’ve trained at during my travels. A little on the expensive side but the more you go, the cheaper it gets. Unfortunately there seem to be no 20kg barbells for deadlift/squat/bench and it’s unclear what weight they actually are. Cool little juice bar right next door selling protein smoothies at 90k. Note that a day pass is 100k, 3 day pass 250k (to be used within 1 week), 5 day pass 350k (not 300k like it said on their website, to be used within 14 days)

We got a 3 day pass for 200,00VND (use 3 days within 7 days). There are fans in the gym and a small amount of air con. Towels provided, small one for workout and also larger ones for shower facilities (at no extra cost, you may need to ask for larger towel). Gym has cardio, plenty of weights machine, free weights and floor work area. Some of the bikes are not in full working order e.g. unable to alter resistance, foot straps not intact, but at peak time others were still available so didn’t cause any issues. Classes also included in price but we did not use these. Was a great option to use whilst in Hoi An. Would recommend!
