I am writing to review for my stayed at Thien Ha Hotel on 28 July 2018..My purse which has my credit cards,bank card and 10 million VND($600AUS) was disappeared from my room. I came to talk with the hotel manager who is also the hotel owner about the issue. But she was ignoring the issue, and try to protected the staff who did house keeping in my room. I requested the video from camera my floor, but she refused to show me and told me she had to attend a wedding.nI came back to the reception again and the receptionist said the owner was still not back yet. I asked to see those who cleaned my room. Her answer was shocking me that one was looking their child and the other was drunk.nThen, I came to the police station nearby, the officer seems to be the guardian of the hotel too. He didn't help at all.nIt was a terrible experience with Thien Ha hotel. I HOPE IF YOU READ THIS REVIEW, YOU SHOULD AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.
