I cannot believe how far these guys have fallennnThey have absolutely forgotten what host responsibility means. And just stopped caring for the guests. I honestly feel like an unwanted responsibility. Not a valued customernnI have been staying here for the past four yearsnnBut now it’s time to leave.nnReception has lost large amounts of my money. Then promise to look into it. But nothing happensnnInvoices I never receive. Which cost me more money as I cannot claim. And they don’t seem to understand how either of these things is a problemnnAsk for monthly statements. Either get nothing or very late. Then I am harassed. Wait 3 or 4 weeks. Then stopped by security and staff and many phone calls to my apartmentnnI am currently having to do manynntemperature checks every day and fill out forms for security every daynnThen they hold a banquet in reception. Hundreds of people no masks no temperatures checked. Massive double standardnnI cannot stop the staff coming into my apartment all hours of the day. Sometimes they knock. Sometimes they don’t. And security is doing random inspectionsnnMostly the theft has stopped. But every time cleaning comes through my apartment I can see signs all over the place. Suitcases left unzipped or my clothing has been rearrangednnThere have actually been many more incidents than I have noted here.nnI am extremely disappointed. And saddened to have to leave my home

Right smack in city center with easy access to bars, seafood restaurants and various amenities. Superb facilities as expected of an Accor managed hotel. Staff are efficient & courteous in service. Room rates are good value for money due to the current pandemic

Hotel is amazing with the best location in downtown. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back

Traveled with family and enjoyed a great experience, staffs are friendly, safe hotel. The pool was not in operation for typhoon aftermath reparation but would not regret since I would not use due to rainy weather. The location is so convenient in the city center and great facilities also. will be back

It was such a nice experience staying at Novotel Danang. The reception was friendly and warm. Especially the conversation and care I had from Ms. Khanh. Will definitely stay here again for my future business trips
