Suprisingly declicious, tasty, high quality bakery. The taste of most of the cakes are as good as big bakery in Hanoi & HCMC. Especially I fan find Panettone here in BMT which I cannot in HCMC, and the taste is good :)

This is one of the best cafeteria over Buon Ma Thuot city. Their services are mainly about bakery and coffee (of course). Owned by a young business man who has a background as a son of a deeply rooted bakery business family. Bakery section is doing better than coffee ones I think. Cakes are all about French influenced traditional style such as: crossaint, french toasts, cookies and breads. The taste and flavor, certainly, are suitable to Vietnamese than foreigners taste in the context of they are doing business in a small, political sensitive province like Daklak which not that appealling to foreigner to come here for any reason. Anyways, Daklak is famous for the name of Vietnamese coffee capital, the coffee here is not bad compared to the others cafeterias over Vietnam. Using more Robusta beans than Arabica beans that would give you a higher content of caffein rate for boosting your tiring mind or a drunk till the end of the day feeling status like I am feeling now.
