Not sure where these photos were taken, definitely not at this hostel! Hate to do this but our experience was poor here. We didn't even stay for one of the three nights we booked. Let's just say the room is dirty and poorly maintained, with a touch of bed bugs. When we asked the reception they didn't seem to care at all. The guy at reception was friendly but due to the experience in the hostel and the fact that he didn't care about our issues we raised, this place gets a 1 out of 5. Again, sucks to say that on a public forum but hopefully this will shock them into some action.

I stayed in deluxe room and got no problem. It was was fairly clean to me. Very convinient right in the heart of walking street but sometimes it can be a bit noisy. No bad experience with the staff. Stayed for 3 days and they're gettin 4 stars from me. ud83dudc4d

Dirty and cold. We couldn't close the windows - so we asked for replacement room - but it was just too dirty. So we left. We found a much better hotel for the similar price no too far from there.

Sad scary room. Booked it only to spend one night before taking a bus to cat ba, but spending even those 10 hours there were dreadful

Try to avoid this hostel unless you go for the most expensive rooms. The cheap ones are dirty, dark (no windows), mattresses are terribly old and bent, leaky, smelly toilet.
