Mental psychiatric examination to get married but only went around the hospital and paid all the money, but in the end, the doctor said he made a mistake, told me to go down to the 1st floor to do it again? I just asked to pay for the examination ???. Then go back to the 1st floor without any instructions or give any records to say the process is not specific and then return the records? Well then, where do people know where to go to start examining heaven? Went 2 days of work, bored one time to go to this hospital I thought Hanoi had a mental hospital
