The procedure is too complicated, requires a birth certificate to do (other banks ONLY NEED ID card) on the information sheet, they need to fill in the name of the guardian enterprise, it is very sensitive and ungainly =))nWaiting time is also very longnNever made a card at a bank so unprofessional :)nEven entered the wrong name of the customer on the app and until now it hasn't been corrected, even when I leave for a little while the system will updatenDisappointed!!!
