At first they would take a long time to respond on viber in the 4-6 weeks before we arrived in Vietnam. But once I arrived in Nha Trang they started to communicate a little better and they found me a place in under 48 hours once we got going. Although the first contact was with an owner who couldn't speak any English so it was basically a waste of time, the next day when we visited their office we were assisted by really helpful, friendly staff with great communication skills to personally go with us to inspect some properties to rent and we ultimately made our decision that day. We signed the contract the next and moved in. All things considered, pretty smooth :)
