It is a restaurant cfe located next to National Highway 1A section through Vinh Phuong commune. The space is wide and open, however, the tables and chairs with music are almost renewed, if you use this restaurant, it is easy to get bored with the music school of the owner. In return for the gods, the owner herself serves cfe drinking water. It seems that this is a restaurant, so I look around and see no staff. The shop with Hoa Su's name may be because the father and the owner of the shop all love and plant a lot of porcelain flowers. However, kilo hours are much more.
