Chopped veg packs are kept on ice, that's better than open refrigerator shelves.nnTheir billing software rounds-off the total to the nearest lower vnd 500, that's time saving for cash payment, but it's not needed for card payment, computer doesn't get tired with decimals, they are losing money. The bill summarizes all items, first scanned may be printed at last. It also adds same items together, so the amounts get confusing after print out, and the item-count in the bag does not match with the printed bill. Please no need to develop the software so much, pay some attention to hardware too. Read below.nnTheir check-out terminals do not show the price of the items facing the customer as they are scanned. This is important that the customer sees the amount as we may pick wrong item, etc. Their card reader POS machine is perhaps from 1970. It is wired. We need to push another customer to go there. We need to give away the payment card to the cashier with fish-water in hand. We need to input PIN in a dirty key pad. We need to sign receipts less than $4 by holding a dirty pen. PIN itself is digital signature. Huge lacking here. Please buy cordless POS machine with touchless /contactless /RFID /NFC ability. Please skip the need for signature for low value bills. First contactless payment I had used in Saigon in 2012 perhaps, it's not new.nnTheir check-out line-up is worse than most other stores. Someone will always brush-pass or push or touch you from behind. Please improve the layout. I buy ready to eat fruits or veg. The cashier literally pulled my tonic water bottle at it's mouth by her fingers just after serving another customer with bloody meat. Customer after me had fish. Counter was wet. Please get separate counter for bloody meat and fish (or ask the cashiers to be extra careful to touch). Current covid pandemic should help us learn some touchlessness cleanliness too.
