My first time in Nha Khoa 2000. Reasonable price for Dental Cleaning and Polishing. The staff are helpful & friendly, would definitely come back here. Many thanks.

Bad service. I have an impacted wisdom tooth and my gums were very sore. The dentist said there is no infection, the pain is caused because the wisdom tooth is impacted. The receptionist gave me a prescription even though I have no idea what the medicine was because no one communicated properly with me. Then the receptionist messaged a prescription for an antibiotic on zalo when I got home.i asked why because the dentist said there is no infection and she did not answer. I asked if I have an infection and she finally said no, the antibiotic is to prevent infection. My gum is inflamed. Antibiotics for gum inflammation?!?! An over the counter anti inflammatory would do! What are they doing giving out antibiotics when there is no infection. Terrible service. Bad communication and they don't seem to understand how to treat pain.

Doctors initial examination took her six seconds and she only looked at the right side of my mouth. I was at another dental clinic the day before and was told I have a cavity in my left side upper but unfortunately the electricity in the neighborhood was cut so I could not get my teeth cleaned or the cavity filled. So I went to 2000 Dental and was shocked when the doctor only looked at half my mouth and said I needed only a cleaning. I went upstairs and indeed had only a cleaning as the technician doing the cleaning did not notice I had a cavity. The next day I went to the District 1 location of 2000 Dental and they examined my teeth thoroughly but did not see my cavity. They next examined my wife’s teeth and told her they were fine. She also has a cavity that they did not notice. That’s two different locations with three different doctors who all could not see two different cavities. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS CLINIC. The prices are higher than other clinics and they appear to be a fancy dental clinic but their doctors and technicians are not thorough and apparently only want to rush people through to make quick money

Great service at reasonable price! The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor was very nice and assured me during the procedure. I highly recommend this clinic.

Great care, great service, all explained in English. I felt very welcome and safe here. I had a general cleaning, and returned to have my top wisdom teeth out (ok, that part sucked a lot, but still, good care). The fees were very cheap compared to the USA. I will come here in the future.
