I have used AGS International Movers 4 times for local moves in HCMC over the last 5 years and have nothing but praise.nnThe service has been top notch and professional. The local supervisor and packing/moving team were fast, thorough and very helpful assembling furniture, helping to hang photos in our new homes, and making sure to work tidy and clear after themselves.nnI was especially impressed recently during COVID-19 when everyone was wearing masks and washing & sanitizing their hands regularly. Clearly they have implemented new policies to put safety first. Well done!nnHighly recommended.

The pack quality is superb, the staff are well trained and everything is unpacked on the other end as if you were already in the new apartment. A Company to avoid,nThe General Manager doesn't follow up the problemsnMy house has been dralatically damaged, and no excuses, no follow up,nmany parts missing and broken,n4 months after delivery no solution has been brought and the general manager even ignores my complains and mailnJUST AVOID USING AGS SERVICE THE YOU WILL AVOID TONS OF PROBLEMS

Just an awful overopriced service,nvery slow reply modenlocal services are quoted 10 times more than local market prices,nArrogance and unfair communication,nI simply recommend not to use this company in vietnam, simply messy and awful, with a very bad communication and response rate below 10%
