Kumho Samco Buslines

Terrible bus! Never go with Kumho Samco! We had a night bus from Ha Tien. We pay 180k for a ticket so bus driver asked to pay 250k extra for each bicycle! I asked him to give me a ticket to provide 250k payment he didn’t give me. I think driver is very dirty guy! We’ve a bus from Saigon to Ha Tien some days before so we paid only 100k for a bicycle! I can’t believe you have to pay 180k for a actual ticket and 250k extra for a bicycle! Also we can’t sleep all night because driver is crazy! So many stops! So many lights on and off! So never go with this bus line !

New and good buses. But Some drivers do not fulfill their duties. Offer to take a taxi because they forgot to stay at the hotel. A taxi costs more than a ticket from Nha Trang to Mui Ne. Choose other companies that are loyal to customers

Very impressed! We booked our ticket a few weeks ago during TET and it has been the best bus journey we’ve had in Vietnam. From Ho Chi Minh to Dalat.nnThe bus was on time and brand new. Like spotless. It was very comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly. Plus the WIFI worked!nnThere was even a shuttle bus that took us straight to our hotel when we arrive in Dalat.

We went to the Kumho Samco Buslines 30minutes before our trip. We took the 10:30am luxury bus from Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh. Seats are big and very comfortable (more comfortable than Giant Ibis). There were only 3 seats per row. A bottle of water is provided. Air conditioning was good. However, the staff speak very little English. It was hard to know what was going on, so we kept an eye if we are alighting or going back to the bus. Toilet stops were filthy, first two stops were squat toilets. Transition to Cambodian border was smooth, (perhaps because we were from an ASEAN country). We arrived in Cambodia before 6pm.

regard the bad review they have we decided to give it a try. it is sleeper bus. clean and comfortable. 145.000 dong per person from saigon to mui ne. the bus left 30 minutes late, so if you have any flight to catch this info is a heads up. the driver like to horn.. but it is everyone in vietnam. but overall we liked the bus.
