A lovely place to be a part of an amazing ceremony :)
It is average. Nothing jaw dropping at all. At least there is a hollowed grotto a few meters further which might improve your experience a bit. Hang Thiên Hương, Ninh Hải.nNot a must unless you’re around with time to kill.
We went for a stroll around Tam Coc late in the afternoon and decided to pay a visit to this temple. We gave 20,000 VND each to be allowed into the temple inside where the statues are (it was already closed when we arrived and it was raining). The elderly man in a brown robe played the traditional musical instrument while we were there. There was another man selling his crafts in the area, and was a bit pushy even after we declined to buy his stuff. The surrounding karst landscape is beautiful. There is a parking space if you are riding a vehicle or motorbike. This is a nice, small temple to visit when you have time to spare in Tam Coc. You can look around and be out in half an hour or less.
The temple was alright, nothing special. We went in the late afternoon and it was free.. but the best is the area where is located!! Beautiful!! Go with your bike or walking around , keep going after the temple on the same road and you can reach the beautiful river! Worth it!
Beautifull place of worship one of the newer temples made around this area. All in between the rice fields and mountain landscape makes this a great place to go to. As a tourist the only downside is the ivory used at the altar. Gives a sad feeling knowing it's one of the newer build temples.
