Lazy staff. I ordered a sleeper, they told me 7:30, but it was actually 8:30, and they didn't tell me anything, just let me wait outside their shop for an hour, and then they took me to the sleeper which was 100m away, and we got their last so i had no seat.nnTheir prices aren't any cheap then anyone else's

We Booked Bus tickets and rented a Moped from here. The lady is really nice, we got the moped from her dad but later same day she gave me her personal moped as it was better than the previous.nWe need bus tickets to Hanoi Airport and we were a lil Skeptical about reaching on time, but she got us into a bus (Van or minibus) which dropped us directly to airport and before time.nMoped for 100,000 VND and Bus ticket to Hanoi Airport for 180,000 VND

Don't book bus tickets with them. The bus was delayed three hours and they let us wait on the street. We ended up in some unknown local bus. Besides, the woman promised all kinds of things, but didn't keep any of them.
