Full ENT examination with endoscope, spotlessly clean rooms and modern equipment. I was in and out within 30 minutes, very friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. I've had problems with ear wax that my GP in the UK couldn't fix but the ENT specialist here did for only $25. Excellent service and would highly recommend to anyone needing ENT treatment in ho chi Minh city.

Staff is very unhelpful and unfriendly. I had a doctor scolded me just because I was slow in getting undress for the ultra-sound scan. She also told me not to press my knee too hard on the bed because that would cause the bed to break. Seriously. Can you believe that? I can't.nnAlso, the equipment here is below quality standard. I had to wait for almost half an hour because the ultra-sound scanner was broken down half-way. There was no explanation or apology from the staff, by the way.nnAnother thing is how everyone of the staff (nurse, doctor) talked like they were on hi-speed mode. I could not catch any of the result being said, and when I asked again, they paused and looked at me like I was bothering them. I mean, really now? Am I the one asking for a favor here?nnI will never come here again. And I would strongly advice anyone who ask for my opinion to stray away from here as far as possible.

Goodservice

The fees here are higher than a typical clinic for Vietnamese, but the services is a bit better here. Relatively nice and clean place. However, doctors need to learn the art of listening and communicating with patients. They wanted to stick a tube up my nose before even asking me about my symptoms and why I was there... The service on the out-patient side was nice.
