This is my must visit place everytime I am in Ho Chi Minh City. But this is going to change. I am super disappointed and in fact disgusted during my last visit. Is it that you are getting popular and can't be bothered with your regular patient anymore? Just pacify me when I ask and then ignore my question? Come up with all kind of excuses? I have introduce many to this clinic, I will not go and ask them to stop visiting but definitely I myself will not come back here. To be fair, it is only one of the front desk staff that did the damage, the older one. But then again, the whole clinic can't be bothered even to explain or apologize. Great place but not for me anymore.

Would like to thank all the staff, they are courteous friendly and highly professional. The work they did on my very poor teeth can be only highly recommended. I would recommend this practice to anybody that is considering dental work.

I've been there to finish 2 implants that was put elsewhere and fix a broken tooth with a crown. It took a few visits to get it right but I'm very satisfied with the result, the staff was friendly, the location is convenient, the doctor spoke perfectly English and it was cheaper than other expats/tourists oriented dentists I've seen. I will probably come back for more work here.

The clinic was clean, western standards and very professionalnI was so impressed with all of the service and care at their clinic. All the way from booking in HK they were extremely professional and accommodating. Helped me with cars from the airport - hotel - operation - back to the hotel. Kept checking on me every day by WhatsApp to see how I was going.nnMade an assessment on my mouth initially and there were other issues were found but not pressured into those and choice was totally left up to me. So most urgently I just had 3 wisdom teeth taken out. Was very nervous so very happy the Doctor suggested I do the slight sedation which definitely calmed me a lot. Recovery was a lot faster than I had initially anticipated.nnBecause of their service and because there was no pressure to do treatments for veneers and cavities I have definitely decided I will be back to do the following work. The clinic was clean, western standards and very professional.nnThank you all! Will definitely be back. Highly Recommended.
