This Vietnam Post Office is the worst ever. They are irresponsible. Try to push the responsible to you and always refuse to help. Lack of professional. I have used their service one and never again. I have sent 2 parcel to Australia via their service in August and they promised that I will receive the 2 parcel within 2 weeks or 1 month but now it has been 3 months and 1 parcel have lost somewhere. They refused to solve this case and asked me to solve out this problem by myself. Extremely horrible. Please avoid this Postal Service or you will regret. Moreover, when I received the first parcel, the parcel looks horrible as well because of its damaged. You can say that they didn't wrap it neatly.

Sent a parcel by SingPost to Vietnam and reach Vietnam post on 17/07/2020... they are giving all kind of excuses and threatened to reject the parcel even after inspected by the custom.. till now 29/07/2020 the parcel still not send by them .... USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK

the workers there just will just literally laugh in your face while you are there if you are inexperienced in posting . They are rude and their custumer service is terrible. There is absolutely NO sense of professialism in the way they work. So be prepared when you come here guys

They don't answer their phone or reply to emails or online inquiries. I posted something to China over a month ago and was told it would be 2 weeks to arrive. It's still not delivered and hasn't moved in 3 weeks according to the online tracking. There's no way to contact anyone about it.

Really poor services. Useless, bad mannered, uneducated and rude operator. Stay away from these services and better use ViettelPost.
